(note, this includes the wedding garden, if you want to rent the hall and be married in the garden, you must book both, or the garden room may be rented to another guest.)

Security:
Every event must have licensed and bonded security guards at all times during your event.
Main hall requires 2 guards, or 3 if alcohol is served (this will be verified)
Garden room requires 1 guard. (2or3 only required if renting both)
Insurance:
All events at the Lodge require a $1,000,000.00 one day event policy, stating Tuolumne River Lodge as the covered rider. Commonly, you may aquire this through your homeowners insurance at no or little charge. If you do not have access to homeowners insurance, some insurance carriers have this available.
To secure your date in our calendar we must collect the rent for the date and have a signed contract. 60 days prior to your event we must have all other required payments and documents collected.
If you book your event within 60 days to the date of your event, we must collect the rental fees, then within one week we must collect deposit and all other necessary documetation. (NOTE:) If you book an event within 2 weeks of the date of your event, all fees will be collected in cash or cashiers check.
